In addition, water replenishment of lead-acid battery is one of the most important links in the daily maintenance of the battery. Forgetting to replenish water or the water replenishment cycle is too long will lead to a sharp reduction in the life of the lead-acid battery. The battery that can be used for 3-4 years will be replaced in 1-2 years, and many times it is not done well in the maintenance of water replenishment.(As for why the batteries of lead-acid forklifts need to be filled with water, this involves the working principle of lead-acid batteries, which will not be explained here. Then let’s get down to business. There are three main ways to replenish water for forklift batteries:
一、Manually add water manually

· Replenish the battery manually through the liquid injection tube or ball.Pay attention to the amount of water added. As shown in the figure above, the amount of water added is controlled according to the liquid level buoy. Without the liquid level buoy, it is generally controlled at about 2cm from the liquid level to the liquid injection port.

· Enterprises or individuals with a small number of forklifts are generally operated by forklift drivers themselves.

- Strengths and disadvantages：
· The injection valve can automatically control the amount of water, and the water inlet can be automatically closed when a single battery cell is filled with water. The injection pipe valve kit can connect all the injection valves together at one time, which allows us to fill all the batteries with water at one time. The water filling car has a water pump to facilitate the transfer of distilled water and save manpower.The above kits take the liquid injection valve as the core and can be supplemented with subsequent accessories in a flexible and diverse way.
