In addition, water replenishment of lead-acid battery is one of the most important links in the daily maintenance of the battery. Forgetting to replenish water or the water replenishment cycle is too long will lead to a sharp reduction in the life of the lead-acid battery. Then let’s get down to business. There are three main ways to replenish water for forklift batteries:
一、Manually add water manually
- Add water method :
· Replenish the battery manually through the liquid injection tube or ball.Pay attention to the amount of water added. As shown in the figure above, the amount of water added is controlled according to the liquid level buoy. Without the liquid level buoy, it is generally controlled at about 2cm from the liquid level to the liquid injection port.
