The abnormal voltage phenomenon is generally caused by the following reasons:
(1)Internal short circuit, reverse polarity.
(2)Plate Sulfation.
(3)The plate is corroded and fractured, and the active material falls off.
(4)Electrolyte density is low or high.
(5)The measuring instrument is out of tolerance or faulty.
(6)Poor contact at the connection
(7)Negative plate shrinkage purification.
(8)overdischarge
(9)Insufficient charge.
(10)Large self-discharge
Poor starting performance:
The poor starting performance of the lead-acid battery means that the specified required value cannot be reached when the large current is discharged. Usually caused by the following reasons:
(1) The battery connecting bar (wall weld) and the connection between the end column and the pole, and the connection between the bus bar and the pole plate have false welding and false welding, resulting in poor starting performance or failure to start.
(2) The electrolyte density is low, the internal resistance is large, and the internal resistance of the separator is large.
(3) Positive plate bending and plate sulfation.
(4) The contact resistance between the discharge equipment and the battery is large
(5) Pole group short circuit.
(6) The active substance falls off.
(7) The discharge current is too large.
(8) The ambient temperature is too low.
