There are usually several ways to charge the battery of an industrial electric vehicle as follows.
1、Stop the vehicle from working and charge the battery directly by connecting it to the charger.
2、Take out the battery in the vehicle with a spreader, manual battery replacement vehicle or automatic battery replacement system and replace it with a charged battery.
Common problems (including but not limited to)
1、No special charging area is set up for forklift trucks, and the location is chosen as charging area at random in the workshop.
2、Dustproof measures are not taken in the charging area of forklift, and the battery is easy to collect dust, especially in the position of the terminals coated with petroleum jelly.
3、The storage of electrolyte, etc., is often placed directly in the forklift charging position without taking protective measures.
4、No configuration of electrolyte leakage neutralization device.
5、No protective glasses, protective gloves, etc. for adding electrolyte.
6, not set up reliable ventilation facilities to timely reduce the mixed explosive gases such as hydrogen generated in the charging process.
7, forklift charger distribution line is not set up with reliable overcurrent leakage protection device.
8, forklift charging area, storage of flammable and combustible materials.
9、Multiple forklifts are continuously charged by the same charger.
